32 years old and from Santa Barbara, California, he iscurrently residing in Dana Point. Having spent eight yearsas a professional bodyboarder, he now considers himselfa "retired pro". Phillip graduated Summa Cum Laude in2000 from Westmont College with a degree in Economicsand now works full-time in the finance industry. He loves toride his 44" custom Toobs dropknee shape which he lovinglyrefers to as "The Beast". Phillip travels often and recentlyreturned from a photo-shoot trip to Nicaragua withA-frame mag which he describes as "the craziest trip I'veever been on".
Additionally, Phil would like to add in regards to the Ventura Expedition, that he didn't get many waves cause he came late and left early to master the rubric's cube.
