Contest Voting Rules:
The rules are simple.
You may vote for as many or few riders as you like but you may not vote repeatedly for any one rider. Our ratings system detects your IP address and will not allow multiple votes from one IP address. Unfortunately, this also means that you can only vote for each rider once from a computer. We realize that this is not a perfect system but it is the best option available. Also note that in some cases networked computers will be considered as belonging to one IP address and the same rules will apply.
Rating Specifics:
The star rating system is based on a per vote average (a one star rating plus a five star rating would show an "average" rating of three stars). Each vote really does count. In the event of an tie (of averages), the win will be decided based on the number of actual votes (most votes gets it). If you like a video and you want to make sure it wins, then there is only one option - tell your friends (no, not cheat - we know some of you were tempted just then).
